Strategic support
Well-known to French-Canadians, the Quebec financial institution Desjardins mandated us, through their European Representative Office, to increase the company’s visibility in Europe and across the Maghreb, build customer loyalty before arrival in the country, support them in the launch of Futurs Partants, a new community on Facebook, as well as increase engagement and interactions with the brand.

Stand Out
From Competitors

The biggest challenge we faced during the first few weeks was to differentiate Desjardins’ offer from that of its competitors, considering that Canadian financial institutions are very competitive with their ”newcomer offers” for individuals emigrating from Europe.

Our solution

Create inspirational content to support online conferences, as well as the different phases of a project relating to international mobility.

To accomplish this goal, we deployed a content strategy based on the creation of monthly webinars, which allowed Desjardins to reach new customers, present the brand, and prove that it would be a key factor in the success of their mobility project. We then supported this strategy with accessible content that spikes curiosity about the subject, educates the community, simplifies the mobility process, and inspires the audience in their process of moving to Canada.

Lastly, as we were dealing with a very diverse audience that is at different stages in their mobility project, we developed a media amplification strategy that aimed to reach users with the right messages, at the right time in their process.
