Young adults often perceive the banking and financial services industry as uncool and untrustworthy. Desjardins 360d wants to revolutionize the customer banking experience by tailoring it to this target audience's needs and working on building a trusting bond.


Ressac developed a digital strategy focused not only on the brand’s offer but also on the young adults’ interests. To inject a human factor to the brand, capture the attention of young people and present it as trustworthy reference. Our strategy included a social media outreach plan, as well as an influencer marketing campaign with Quebec's up-and-coming comedian Julien Lacroix.
